Therapist
fees -
$75 per hour.
Payment is due at time of
service.
Trip charges for traveling beyond
Janesville, WI are
additional.
No
insurance payments are
accepted.
If you need to reschedule, please
call as soon as possible.
Missed appointments or
cancellations within 24 hours of
your scheduled
appointment will be charged
$50.
